"James Bond Theme" was then chosen as the final theme instead. At the time of writing, Diamonds Are Forever is the 11th film to feature the title song, and the first to feature only three songs. The Double Diamond system was patented by WOW Entertainment and is now distributed worldwide. The songs have all been previously released on various album covers, and were performed by the likes of Elton John, Sting, Bob Marley, The Police, Michael Bublé, The Rolling Stones and The Beatles. It was made into a movie in the UK and Germany in 1965.

In the "Diamonds Are Forever" movie, heme is a slightly different arrangement of "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein" and a different lead singer for Bond to be. Bond plays "Diamonds Are Forever" a cappella while his lover, Solitaire, sings the lead-filled version. The Double Diamonds Slot Game are not tight nor do you lo Jurassic Park slot themes.

This was done so that it would be possible to have a non-American actress as Solitaire if the film was made. The soundtrack includes the opening of the "Diamonds Are Forever" soundtrack and songs for The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle & the 7 Dwarfs, The Three Musketeers, The Pirates of Penzance, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Princess Diaries, and The Lady In the Water. Theme was later used during the "GoldenEye" series of films and the "A View to a Kill" campaign in the mid-2000s.

One song from the tracklist was a remix of "Piano Concerto No. 1" by Elton John. Also in the same "Diamonds Are Forever" soundtrack is "I'm Looking Through You, One Love, Diamonds Are Forever" - "James Bond Theme" and "James Bond Theme" featuring Elton John's lead vocal.

Other points of interest:

  • In 2007, James Bond was released in the United Kingdom as Diamonds Are Forever. The film was a financial failure and received mixed reviews in the United States, with critics criticizing the film's lack of action.

The film was named among the worst 20 Bond films of all-time by Entertainment Weekly.

  • In January 1989, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith was released on DVD. It also earned an Audiences Rating with 4,000,000. In February 1989, Diamonds Are Forever received a critical and commercial success. The movie earned an A- CinemaScore for the film, and a "Golden Bear" Golden Globe as a result. Diamonds Are Forever was also released on DVD at the North American Dine Off box office from March 11-20, 1991, and to a limited edition Blu-ray collection at the Blu-ray Shop on Thursday, February 13th, 1992.

  • It was ultimately decided to scrap plans for Diamonds Are Forever 1, a "reboot" of the franchise with a new theme and a new lead character, as well as a new Bond in Roger Moore. Despite his lack of screen time and having the lowest ranking of the series' Bond characters, his status as a "hidden villain" to most Bond fans came back to haunt him in a major way when, as the scene in 007's office shows, he is in the same room as Q in the following Bond film, The Spy Who Loved Me (1987, and is one of the first people to discover that Q had survived the events of the previous film and been put back in the hands of his captors. Q has now taken up residence on the island of Borneo. In this way, he has become the villain, and it has come to light, by a former spy, that the evil mastermind has been outsmarted and imprisoned by Q on the island of Borneo.

  • Bond, playing his alter-ego Agent Roger Moore, had to endure a very physical scene, as well as a very disturbing sequence where Blofeld (played by Pierce Brosnan) is subjected to the same brutal treatment that Bond receives. As he lay dying within a body bag, Moore's performance became increasingly grim; a similar situation was played out when Peter Sellers' Bond faced off against Bond's nemesis, Klaus Kinski (played by William Forsythe, who was played by Michael Caine. In the film, both Bond and Kinski were very cold, but it was the death scene that ultimately led to the downfall of Bond, particularly as that scene had the greatest negative impact due to Moore, who had already been killed earlier in the film, becoming visibly weaker due to wearing a rubber suit.
